Not a Work In Progress

I never say I'm a work in progress, that implies that I somehow cannot live my best life today.

I'm not broken, I've just been through some broken situations.

I'm not perfect, although I've had to fight the expectations of perfection cast upon me.

I've never been lost, although I've been out of touch with my purpose and passion.

Mistakes I've made and regrets I've created I value as guide posts moving me closer to my destiny.

If there's one thing I've learned in this life, we are whoever we think we are.
